Our Thinking
Program Identity Design
To understand our thinking, one has to understand our history. We started designing and building social experiences in 2007, back when Facebook had a mere 20 million users, and we have been fortunate enough to have led the industry forward with various firsts for brands in social marketing. Over the years, we’ve delivered over 600 custom social programs. Along the way, we’ve learned from each and every execution. The culmination of our learnings honed the development of a holistic framework for the design of social programs. Our Program Identity Design process involves a set of calculated exercises which result in a social program that has integrity; a program that marries business objectives with consumer desires, and the appropriate deployment channels with the appropriate mechanics and functionality.
